I may just be bad but I just started playing and I keep dying in the cave the enemies spawn too fast and I just have to sit there and spam attack for quite a long time. Then ends up I just die cause they get some lucky hits off. Also the edge of the map stuff is weird cause the cave I am in is near the edge of the map and ends up when I fall down it changes gravity like 15 times and I felt like I had no control over it. Sorry if this review seems angry I am just raging.

u gotta play a little more carefully. you can build walls to block enemies, and you can dig around and make tunnels to find new caves safely. and if you can manage to get gold tools and armor enemies become much easier to deal with

I played this game for like 30 minutes straight and I still didn't know what I was doing, but maybe I'm just dumb

EDIT: Nvm I got the gist of it and now I'm addicted. I will write full review if I beat this game/if I rage until idw play no more

EDIT: I have completed the game. Umm ok now for the review. First thing I want to say is the music slaps (drop the soundtrack pls) and art is really cute and nice, I wouldn't have bothered figuring this game out for as long as I did if these aspects weren't as well made as they were. Ok but the main selling point of this game is obviously the gameplay. And I have quite a bit to say about the gameplay, for the most part figuring out the mechanics are really fun and challenging except for one aspect of the gameplay. There are some moments where you would jump in the direction you were facing seemingly by random, and at first I thought this was a cheap and unfair way of making the game more challenging, but then as I played more I realised what it was going for, but I still thought it was unfair given how the fly could spawn the instant the random jump would occur and the frong will literally just jump off a platform without any prior warning, and I think it would be good if the jump didn't happen the same time that the fly spawned cause it would feel uncontrollable and unfairly rage inducing. Also the last part was so hard I spent like 3 sessions trying to figure it out but it was fun :P

Drop the soundtrack it is so good >~<

Edit: It seems a lot of thought and planning went into this game and I can't possibly think of how you make something like this, it would be really interesting to know your thought process while designing this game :D

I feel your pain, this is why I tend to visit this place once a week at least.

The last level literally got my heart racing bro

One suggestion I have is there can be different kinds of sprunki that have special abilities other than just fun bot

The wall jump doesn't feel the best, I don't know what it is but if I were to guess it should be more lenient with the z press (so that the wall jump registers and you would still be able to wall jump even if you haven't actually reached the wall yet by a small margin) to give it a more forgiving control.

Other than that though this was a really fun and charming game :), even though I rage quit halfway :P

Thank you for the advice, the wall jump being janky has been a common sentiment with players! Guess it's just one of those things that you get used to while testing, LOL. I'm glad you enjoyed the game regardless, and thanks for playing!

The only criticisms I have is the filling the glass with the tap is too hard lol
